When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 2:30pm will be shipped that day. We endeavour to send all orders same day but cannot guarantee getting it on the courier after 2:30pm because they collect our shipments between 3 and 3:30pm
What is Overnight Shipping?
Overnight shipping is not recommended for customers in the South Island because we have found that couriers cannot guarantee overnight shipping via inter-islander.
Overnight shipping is not recommended for customers at rural addresses because the parcel will be delivered to the rural post depot overnight, but may take up to a week for delivery from rural post to the customers address.
Generally speaking deliveries within the North Island to urban centres are made overnight anyway, although this is not guaranteed by couriers. We would suggest that paying extra for overnight delivery to North Island urban addresses is not worth the extra cost.
I live in a rural address and my order hasn't been delivered yet. Why?
Rural delivery is done by Rural Post, typically 3 times per week, although it will depend on the setup you have with rural post. Our couriers deliver the package to rural post and it will then take additional time before rural post delivers it to you. We would suggest contacting your rural post driver to see when they will be delivering the parcel.
*note tracking emails will be sent once the courier has scanned it into their system and these sometimes find their way into junk/spam folders.
